Another great exponential strategy. I am sending photos of all staff to http://www.CartoonMe.com this week. I plan to put on the wall so that when customers come into my shop, they know our names. A fun way to replace name tags.
In the food industry, name tags pose a potentail risk as they can fall into the food during handling. In a HACCP Program, this would be a physical hazard. As a food safety specilaist I am always looking at ways to prevent potential hazards both for my business and my clients businesses.
